Manjira Khurana

Leadership development Coach, Strategy Mentor and co-founder of thinkAxiomLeadership Advisory Services.
She is a Management professional with over three decades of industry experience in marketing, advertising,business development and strategy in the corporate as well as the social sector. She has coached and mentored senior management of diverse companies -airlines, engineering, digital media, public service communication, Public Relations agencies, both in private and public sector.
She is currently serving on the boards of AVTEC, CK Birla Group and Taj Air, Tata Sons Group of companies as an independent non-executive director where she is a thought partner on growth strategy , drawing from her rich experience in marketing, people management and working closely with the government bureaucracy. Earlier she was on the board of Alliance Air, a subsidiary of Indian Airlines.
Her recent engagements are across diverse sectors and include, among others, coaching and mentoring the SBU Head of an Engineering Company, the Business Head of a Media & Public Relations company, the Marketing & Sales Head of an Airline and the Head of HR of a Media Not for Profit Organisation.
Manjira has had a long career in the Airline industry with Indian Airlines and Air India andin her roles as Director Marketing and Regional Director, addressed challenges such as reconciling political agendas and influences, multiple worker union negotiations, bureaucracy agendas, revenue maximisation etc. She actively oversaw the Learning & Development agenda including soft skills and led a large transformation program to reorient more than 5000 airline front line staff across verticals to be customer focused.
In the social sector, initially as a consultant and then as Country Head with HelpAge India, she was focused on advocacy outreach and communication, working with various arms of the government, political parties, and partner non-profits as also corporate sponsors. She initiated a pan India mentoring and volunteering initiative.

Arun Anant

Arun’s consulting work in leadership has included areas of Organisation Leadership, facilitating leaders in Transition, Executive Coaching, equipping leaders with a ‘Coaching Mind-set’, Goal Orientation and Stakeholder management. His approach is one of balancing shortterm requirements with long term results, understanding and working with the Cultural Ecosystem, top team development, Diversity and Inclusion and Building Executive Resilience among others.
Arun has experience in providing insights for several domains such as media, consultancy, BFSI, Consumer Industrial, Consumer & Government.
He is passionate about supporting senior leaders in building coaching mindsets. Arun straddles between working with start-up entrepreneurs and big companies thereby enabling acceptance of youth and post technology mindsets combined with traditional organisation strength and stability.

Arun is also currently involved as a promoter and co-founder of three companies and is a board member in these companies

- Cybersaathi: a non-profit organisation to educate citizens on Cyberlaws.
Earlier, he was Chief Executive at the Hindu and Bloomberg (earlier UTV News), CEO at Mint, Business head at the Economic Times and Revenue & Strategy Director at Hindustan Times. He was the head of strategy at Lintas(now Mullen Lowe) where he worked on communication, strategy and research for companies such as Unilever , Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury, Philips, and Britannia. Arun set up the Hindu’s think tank-the Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy. Arun also helped set up a stock market portal as business head which transited to a content technology company. In these roles he has been deeply involved in business planning, organisation design, recruitment, market entry strategies and environment scanning. Arun’s area of interest in each role has been on future proofing in terms of leadership and succession planning, team management, long range business planning. He also has a keen interest in innovation and creativity. Arun has been an industry representative at CII and Marketing & Advertising Industry Bodies.
He works closely with Education Institutions and their incubation centres. He is currently a visiting faculty at IIT BHU and Banasthali Vidyapith, where he is an advisor. He has earlier been visiting faculty at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and mentor at Center for Incubation Innovation and Entrepreneurship at IIM Ahmedabad.
Arun is a Chemical Engineer from IIT BHU and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. Alongside his career, Arun practices yoga and is an avid sailor (he was the national champion Seabird class in 1998).

Bonita Das Batla

Organisational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). An experienced coach, worked with a range of managers and senior leaders to help them understand where theyare in their careers, what their future goals might be and steps to get there.
Technically proficient in a variety of coaching tools. This includes psychometrics like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI). She has also successfully used Behavioural Interviews, Learning Cycles and Task Analysis to support leaders on their personal career journey.
An HR professional who spent almost a decade in the UK in the banking and police sectors. These aretarget - orientated, high - pressure environments which present unique challenges to their leaders. She then moved to the UAE, working with the Abu Dhabi government to support their succession planning for Under Secretaries and Executive Directors.
Graduated from Lady Shri Ram College and holds Masters’ degrees from the London School of Economics and Birkbeck College, London.
